Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, our founder’s passion for cycling began early, sparked by the movie American Flyers (1985). His cycling career quickly took off, and by 18, he had earned his Category 1 Racer status. He later competed in prestigious races like the Tour of Poland, Tour of Mexico, and even qualified for the 2000 Olympic Road Trials.
From Racing to Retail
After retiring from professional cycling in 2004, he transitioned into the bike retail industry, gaining valuable experience with top brands such as Trek, Supergo, and Powerbar. This extensive background in both competitive racing and retail gave him a deep understanding of cyclists’ needs, which he now applies to the world of cycling services.
